How Delivery Works

Welcome!

Logistics can be a bit complicated, so we created this page to help explain how pickups/delivery works (as of April 2024). Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions!

    How Pick Up Works:

    • We partnered with Quickly RTP (4141 Davis Dr, Morrisville, NC 27560) who will serve as our pick up location in service of customers in the Morrisville/Cary area
    • Select "Pick Up" option when checking out and apply code "PICKUP" for an additional 10% off your order
    • We will individually pack every order and have them ready for pick up for Saturday of the same week
    • Please make sure you pick up the order by Sunday of the same week

    How Delivery Works:

We firmly believe in committing to every customer we serve. This means we make our own deliveries (yes, you heard it right), even though it can be extremely time consuming. This allows us to really get to know our customers, and improve every aspect of our budding business. In order to streamline (and avoid hectic logistics) of our delivery commitments to our customers, we will be making a weekly delivery run on Saturdays.

    Here's what you can expect:

      • Day of Delivery:
        • You will receive a text on Saturday when we initiate the delivery route. The text should contain a link which you can use to track the order, and real-time ETA
        • You will receive a text update when we're 3 stops away from you
        • You will receive a final text update when the delivery is completed

Our Commitment to Quality & Integrity

The dumplings need to be kept frozen at all times, so we've equipped our van with temperature controlled storage during delivery, and we want to make sure you'll be able to receive our delivery so you tuck the dumplings away in your freezer.

If you won't be home at the time of delivery, please leave a cooler out and fill it up with some ice. We'll drop the dumplings in the cooler so they can be protected from the elements.

Unless specifically instructed to do so, we will never leave the dumplings sitting outside because once they start to thaw/soften, we fear the consistency and quality would be compromised.

      Sincerely yours,
      Mama Chen's Kitchen
